This Agreement ("Agreement") begins at the date of purchase ("Effective Date") between and among Slay Your Systems LLC ("Service Provider") and Client.

1. TERM
During the term of this Agreement, the Service Provider agrees to provide consultations in accordance with the specific services set forth in the 90-MINUTE INTENSIVE OFFER as outlined in Attachment A (below). The video call must be completed within the contracted time frame of three (3) months following the Effective Date. If the call is not completed within the agreed-upon timeline, the Client forfeits any other calls to be scheduled.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Non-Refundable Payment: All payments for sessions are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy: The Client may reschedule or cancel their session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Payments from canceled sessions will be credited toward a future session booking, which must be scheduled within three (3) months of the original purchase date.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time or failure to attend the session will result in forfeiture of the payment.
3. SESSION TIMING
Prompt Start: Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If the Client arrives late, the session will proceed for the remaining scheduled time. If the Client does not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered canceled and non-refundable.
Intake Form Submission: An intake form will be provided to the Client prior to the session. This form must be completed and submitted no less than 72 hours before the scheduled call. Failure to submit the intake form on time may impact the quality of the session results. The Service Provider reserves the right to reschedule the session at their discretion if the form is not received on time.
Client Responsibility: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have access to any required session links or materials before the scheduled start time.
4. TELEGRAM SUPPORT (IF APPLICABLE)
If the Client selects the optional Telegram Support Add-On, they will receive five (5) business days of asynchronous Telegram support beginning the business day following the scheduled video call. Support excludes weekends and major holidays.

Response Times: Service Provider will respond to Telegram messages within a maximum of 8 business hours during office hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time).
Scope: Telegram support is intended for follow-up questions, clarifications, and guidance directly related to the session. Additional strategy or unrelated topics outside the original session’s scope may require additional consultation services, billed at the discretion of the Service Provider.
Limits: Telegram support is limited to one (1) hour per day of asynchronous communication over the five business days.
If the Client does not select the Telegram Support Add-On, this Agreement covers only the 90-minute video call and no additional support after the session.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services provided to the Client by the Service Provider under this Agreement are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties or representations express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared during or following this Agreement is considered confidential and will not be disclosed or shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the obligations of this Agreement.

The Service Provider may use general, anonymized insights or examples from the session in marketing materials (e.g., social media) to illustrate the value of their services. Identifying information, including the Client’s name, business name, or specific details, will never be shared without the Client’s explicit written permission.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF MATERIALS
All materials, systems, strategies, or intellectual property shared by the Service Provider during the session, Telegram support, or any other form of communication are the exclusive property of Slay Your Systems LLC.

Personal Use Only: The Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited-use license to use any materials or systems shared for their personal business operations only. The Client may not share, distribute, replicate, or use these materials for any purpose beyond their own business needs without express written consent from the Service Provider.
Prohibited Use: The Client agrees not to copy, modify, sell, reproduce, distribute, or use any of the Service Provider's proprietary materials, systems, or strategies for any purpose outside the scope of their own business without prior written authorization from the Service Provider.
This clause will remain in effect indefinitely following the termination of this Agreement.

8. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Office Hours & Communication: Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, excluding holidays. Client communications shall be responded to within 8 business hours during Telegram support or within three (3) business days for general inquiries.
Recording of Calls: Calls will be recorded by the Service Provider for internal use and documentation purposes. The recording and general session notes will be shared with the Client for their reference following the session.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement applies exclusively to the services provided under the 90-minute intensive session and optional Telegram support. All other services provided by the Service Provider are governed by separate agreements, which remain in full force and effect.

90-MINUTE INTENSIVE OFFER

CLIENT RECEIVES:

ONE (1) 90-MINUTE VIDEO CALL to address the Client's needs and goals as discussed prior to the session.
TELEGRAM SUPPORT ADD-ON (IF SELECTED): Five (5) business days of follow-up support on Telegram, limited to one (1) hour per day of asynchronous communication. Support begins the business day following the session.
By purchasing this program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions contained herein.
